So, How Do You Go About Switching Letting Agency?

This is easy. Simply email your agent letting them know and copy us into the email. The best time do this between tenancies or as a tenancy is coming to an end. However, changing mid-tenancy is still possible. You must first check your current agreement though and whether there are any notice period stipulations in place. This is usually 1 month, but some agents may require you to stay with them for the duration of a tenancy. In which case, you should check to see if there have been any breaches on their part – such as failing to deliver the service which you were promised. It’s important to note that agreements vary between agencies, but generally it is very straightforward – email your current agent and we’ll do the rest!
