Happy Holidays! Here are our festive opening hours this year.🎄
Monday 19th - Thursday 22nd December 2022 OPEN 9.00am to 5.30pm
Friday 23rd December 2022 OPEN 9.00am to 12.30pm
Saturday 24th – Tuesday 27th December 2022 CLOSED
Wednesday 28th – Friday 30th December 2022 OPEN 10.00am – 1.00pm
Saturday 31st December 2022 – Tuesday 3rd January 2023 CLOSED
We will resume normal trading hours on Wednesday 4th January 2023 at 9am.
In the event of any urgent or emergency maintenance work being required over the festive period and we are closed, you should contact the relevant contractor directly using details contained within this link Emergency Contacts . Please note, an emergency is classified as a complete lack of heating and/or hot water in winter or any issue which has the potential to cause damage to property or persons both within and in the immediate vicinity of your home.
If you have any non-emergency maintenance issues during the festive period, please report these issues online as normal here. If calling the office to discuss an outstanding issue please press option 3, this will take you through to the Property Managers Department. You may not be able to speak directly with your Property Manager but one of our Property Managers will be able to assist.
We would ask that if you are away from the property for any period that you do not turn off the heating, thus helping to prevent any freezing and possible bursting of the water pipes in your absence. Ideally you should leave the heating timer on for 2 hours, twice a day, morning and evening.
If you are away for the festive period, please ensure all doors and windows in the property are secure. If you have a mortice lock on your front door, please lock this before leaving the property. Do not leave any valuable items on display; either take them away with you or put them hidden from view.
Also please remember to have cleared funds in your bank account for close of business on the Friday 30th December 2022 for the rent collection on Tuesday 3rd January 2023 for your January 2023 rent or arrange payment by 31st December 2022 for any rent in advance payments due for 01 January 2023.
