At Cullen Property, we believe in an attentive approach to Property Management. As a client you will be assigned your very own team made up of three highly-skilled Edinburgh property professionals who take responsibility for looking after your property.
Your team will consist of a Property Manager, Contracts Manager and an Accounts Manager who, between them, handle all the administrative, contractual, operational and financial aspects of managing your property. We are always at the other end of the phone, and you’ll never be passed from person to person or through a Call Centre! You'll know your 'Trio' on first name terms!

It's a common misconception that switching is more hassle than it's worth, but trust us - it's easier than you think.
Switching to Cullen Property is easy. Once you've talked with us and decided to move, simply email your agent letting them know and copy us into the email. The best time to do this is between tenancies or as a tenancy is coming to an end.
However, changing mid-tenancy is still possible but you must first check your current agreement to see if there are any notice period stipulations in place. Notice is usually one month, but some agents may require you to stay with them for the duration of a tenancy. In that case, you should check to see if there have been any breaches on their part - such as failing to deliver the service which you were promised. It's important to note that agreements vary between agencies, but generally it is very straightforward - email your current agent and we’ll do the rest!
