Malcolm Warrack retires after 50 years in Property

It is with a heavy heart that we will be saying goodbye to our Managing Director Malcolm Warrack as he rides off into the sunset for his retirement. Malcolm founded Cullen Property in Edinburgh almost 20 years ago, in September 1998 and has been fully involved with all areas of the business ever since.

Above all else, Malcolm champions the importance of people within the Edinburgh property industry – “It is as much about the people who live and work in those properties, as the properties themselves. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing good clients make a happy home for themselves in one of our properties.”

With over 50 years' experience in Edinburgh's property scene, Malcolm Warrack has gained a great deal of insight into the industry. When asked what advice he would give to others, Malcolm says: “Pay attention to detail, communicate face to face whenever possible and always deliver first-class customer service.”

Malcolm’s plans for retirement include travelling to see friends, family and even some of Cullen’s clients in various parts of the world. He also plans to spend more time exploring Scotland and getting in a few rounds of golf!

We wish Malcolm all the very best for the future!
