Meet Louise Orr:
Louise joined the Cullen Property team in 2012 and has over eight years experience in the lettings industry. Not only is Louise our Accounts Assistant, but she is our bake off queen – her carrot cake in particular is an office favourite!
A typical day at work for Louise includes bank reconciliation, processing tenant rents, paying contractors and landlords, and dealing with tenant deposits. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Louise says: “I enjoy problem solving queries that may arise and carrying out flat viewings when I get the opportunity.”
Outside of work you can usually find Louise in the gym, on her bike cycling out to North Berwick, or spending time with friends and family in Edinburgh and Fife. When asked what her favourite thing to do in Edinburgh is, Louise says: “I love to climb up Arthur’s Seat to watch the sunrise with a flask of coffee – it’s worth the early rise, that’s for sure!”
