Lauren Hand - Property Administrator

We’re delighted to welcome Lauren to the team as our new Property Administrator. Lauren currently holds an SVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (Modern Apprenticeship).

A typical day at Cullen Property for Lauren includes organising lease signings and lease renewals, answering phone calls, dealing with property enquiries, arranging property check-ins and check-outs and attending property viewings across Edinburgh.

When asked what she enjoys about her job, Lauren says: “It’s a very positive working environment here at Cullen Property. Everyone is extremely helpful and there is a great team essence. I also really enjoy liaising with tenants and helping to provide an enjoyable Cullen Property experience.”

Outside of work you can usually find Lauren spending time with friends and family or taking day trips throughout Scotland to discover new and interesting places.

When asked what she likes best about Edinburgh, Lauren says: “One of my favourite things to do in Edinburgh is enjoy the variety of restaurants and vibrant nightlife the city has to offer. My favourite restaurant has to be the rooftop Thai restaurant Chaophraya on Castle Street – the views of Edinburgh Castle are amazing. I also enjoy a walk along Portobello Beach followed by a delicious lunch!”
