Euan Rodgers – Trainee Property Manager

We’re delighted to welcome Euan back to the Cullen Property team! Euan originally joined the team in 2013 as our Property Manager Support Administrator before moving to Florida for an international football scholarship. Since then, Euan worked with us during two busy summer periods, and as our Maintenance Technician from January – March 2017. Now, Euan is our Trainee Property Manager.

A typical day at work for Euan consists of corresponding with tenants, landlords, contractors and the Council, arranging for works to be repaired, carrying out property inspections, viewings and check-in/check-outs.

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Euan says: “The fact that every day is different, and getting to meet and talk to new people. Also, it’s great to get out and about in Edinburgh’s property market.”

Outside of work, you can usually find Euan at the gym, in the pub or at Tynecastle watching a game.

Welcome back Euan!
