Elaine Noble - Contracts Manager profile

[ultimate_spacer height="10"]Elaine has 14 years’ experience in the property lettings and investment industry, having joined the Cullen Property team in 2003.

A typical day at work for Elaine consists of responding to email and phone enquiries. She also arranges property viewings, check-ins and check-outs. Drawing up leases and organising tenancy reference checks is also another important aspect of Elaine’s role, whilst being in contact with all tenants and guarantors. Elaine adds: “It’s a fast-paced day with copious amounts of cups of tea!”

When asked what she likes most about her job, Elaine says: “I enjoy liaising with our tenants and arranging the necessary steps for them to move into their new Cullen Property home. There is always a sense of excitement and positivity in the air.”

We asked Elaine what her perfect night out in Edinburgh is, she says: “Starting off the night with a lovely meal at Cosmo in the Omni Centre, followed by cocktails in Le Monde or Tonic. Then we’d walk along to the Jam House on Queen Street and enjoy their live music.”

When she isn’t attending motorbike races or walking her pet Labrador Jet, Elaine is busy planning her wedding after her partner of nine years recently proposed!

Congratulations to Elaine from the Cullen Property team.
