Charlotte Gray, Property Sourcer & Project Manager

Charlotte joined the team in March 2014 with a degree in Business Management. Charlotte has six years’ experience in the lettings and investment industry and has completed her ARLA PropertyMark SCQF Level 6 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management Scotland.

A typical day for Charlotte consists of contacting clients and contractors and responding to any queries. Charlotte adds: “I’m in and out of the office most of the day going between different property refurbishment projects which I oversee, making sure they are running smoothly. I am also responsible for viewing any potential investment properties for our clients that are on the market.

When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Charlotte says: “No day or property project is the same! There is always something going on and somewhere to be.”

Charlotte, who has a few of her own investment properties, hopes to continue building her property portfolio, as well as help grow Cullen Property’s business and client base.

Born and bred in Edinburgh, outside of work you can usually find Charlotte in and around the city centre whether it’s enjoying a meal in one of the many fantastic restaurants Edinburgh has to offer, or sipping cocktails in a bar at the West End or at The Shore.
