April 2017 - What's on?

This month we’ve brought you information on some fantastic events from a celebration of Leith to two vintage events for those who love vintage fashion and antique collectables.

Leith Market: A celebration of all things Leith

Love Leith? Head along to Dock Place on Saturday 29th April to discover everything that’s great about Leith! Pick up some locally-made arts and crafts and enjoy tasty street food at the market. There will also be special events and guest appearances. The event is free and runs from 10am – 5pm. Click here for further information.

A Spoonful of Vintage

Shop vintage fashion, jewellery, accessories, homewares, collectables and furniture at A Spoonful of Vintage in Stockbridge. The Travelling Teapot will be offering tasty treats from their pop-up café while DJ Tojo will be performing a live set. The event runs from 10.30am – 4.30pm in Stockbridge Church on Saturday 29th April. Tickets cost £1 and includes a vintage raffle. Click here for further information.

Greater Grassmarket Vintage Weekend

Another Vintage event, this time in Edinburgh’s Old Town! The Greater Grassmarket’s free Vintage Weekend features a vintage fashion show, vintage market selling vintage fashion and classic bric-a-brac, classic cars and motorcycles, plus street performers and variety shows. Glasgow-based band Shiverin’ Sheiks will also be performing. This event runs from 12pm – 5pm on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th April. Click here for further information.
