Hi! We’re Cullen Property. We’re a team of dedicated property professionals working towards the goal of making landlords proud of providing high-quality homes loved by tenants.

We were founded in 1998 by two directors driven by their passion for Edinburgh and their desire to provide specialist property services for clients wishing to invest in residential property in the city, and then to manage those properties with the same care and attention to detail as if they were their own. Equipped with this passion, our 20-strong team has grown over the years and provides a range of services for landlords, investors, and tenants.

By providing high-quality landlord, investor and tenant services, our managed portfolio has grown to a value of over £120M, with many of the properties having been hand-picked by the directors and management team on behalf of our clients!

Despite our portfolio size, we still hold true to our founding principles and values, and operate a personal service whereby every investor, landlord and tenant has their own ‘mini team’ consisting of a Property Manager, Contracts Manager and Accounts Manager who are on first name terms and are just a phonecall away whenever you have a question about your property.
